Source SDK just did something screwy, need to set it up again

Hammer crashed on me not too long ago, and now it wants me to set up TF2's files again

The first few fields I remember easily enough, its the ones I've left blank here that I have no clue what to put in them

Pretty sure you need to run TF2 once.

Or I suppose I could just hit Reset Game Configuration on the menu -_-
