Well, found some important things on your map:
Hole between the spawn itself, the wall, and the spawn door.
Did this health and ammo just clipped through the wall?
And, overall, a good map, I like the arquiteture in the balcony in the mid, it's preety good.

A5 released! Changelog:
-Made spawns even less stupid
-Nerfed middle top route, closed off access straight from spawn
-Added route between left and middle top
-Minor adjustments at middle
-Added some water as a way to avoid fall damage
-Added some cover below the point
