Snap rotation?

I have my rotation set to a bigger value than i want, but i forgot where you can change that option. Just a quick directory to the snap rotation options would be good, thanks.

Rotations can only be snapped to 15* increments, as far as I'm aware.

But when you have snap rotations turned on, you can hold shift as you drag and it'll give you free rotation.

You can hit ctrl + m to move/rotate/scale things arbitrarily too.
