I got bored so I decided to have a bit of a run-around. Three problems with this spawn room. 1. It's a bit dark. (There are a few other areas of the map I feel are also a tad dark.) 2. There are no resupply cabinets. 3. I kept hitting the door as a Scout. Either make it open faster, or make the trigger_multiple opening it a bit bigger. Alternatively, make the door open upwards, rather than downwards. Some staircases haven't been clipped. Like, for instance, this one... Two things here - first off, it looks like you've surrounded the map with one hollow cube of skybox. For a map this small, it might not be an issue, but bear in mind for future maps that simply using a great big box is bad for optimisation. Here's a good tutorial on how to do skyboxes right. Another thing is that, as I casually brought up earlier, the map looks very small. Maybe this isn't necessarily a bad thing - let gamedays be the judge of that - but I'm trying to imagine this map with 24 players running around in it, and it's looking like a bit of a clusterfuck. Still, for your first map, it's good!
Extremely small. Looks a bit crowded for pub servers. Add some more ground area. To get a better idea of what I mean by adding more ground area but still keeping the height variation you have, look at the map here
