Hi again. This time I'm trying to get the cool ground texture as seen in Lumberyard, where the grass is mixed in with the dirt. I have no idea how to do this, and when I try textures like blendgroundtograss, it's just dirt. I tried looking for tutorials, but I must have missed it. If you can help me, or at least redirect me to the tutorial, that would be amazing. Thanks.

There was a good tutorial video on displacements and other stuff here: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/368671 You might have to reload/refresh the page a bunch of times before the video will play, UStream can be buggy that way.
The trainyard properties you need to get the painted alpha working (as seen in lumberyard) are as follows : detail_trainyard.vbsp detail/detailsprites_trainyard (thanks to youme for teaching me this ! )
