Microcontest #12 map with absolutely no planning. This was supposed to be vertically symmetric asymmetric koth but things happen. Hacky sewer pipe to get the bonus punch

What's changed:

• Area around A changed a lot
• Added deathpit under most of A
• Some connections into B widened
• Attackers oneway platform extended and added a route for red to it
• Capture areas made bigger and marked
• Blue respawns faster for B
• Lighting and shadow fixes
