    How Can I make a Wall, That I can Shoot through? func_illusionary?

    yes, or use func_brush, and set it to non solid. ;)

    just put a clip brush over the func_brush.

    as there will be 2 brushes overlapping

    I just fixed a small but serious error there.
    Player clip only blocks players, so it would be best in this situation.

    player clip and clip dont differ in tf2, it shouldnt matter which one you use (more the question whether you like red or pink more :D)

    Use block bullets if you want to block both players and bullets/projectiles. Make sure you tie it to func detail though.
