My friend gave me the idea to try to make a map the looks like the map from Call of duty 4, Shipment. Since i had been fooling around with Source a little bit before, i kinda knew what i was doing. Anyways, this is my first map, so dont be super critical.:mellow:

What kind of map should this be?
A cp would be kinda retarded, same with a pl map.
Arena would be kinda okay, but King of the hill might be the best. I cant decide:eek:hmy:



To do:

I need to add some more buildings, move them around etc.
Spawn rooms.....?D:

It's a general rule of thumb that you design a map aroud it's gamemode. Not the other way around.

Please note there is already a "Shipment" map.

Also although this is not a tf2 map, you should REALLY try to keep to the tf2 art style, and not use HL2 textures as it feels way out of place.

As for map version please keep to alpha "X" beta "X" or final =), easier to see progress.

Damn, i thought i was original. I feel kinda stupid now.

remaking a map is never original =p

If you however feel you can do it better or do it different then by all means map away. I do however suggest changing the name as to there wont be a conflict for server admins or site.

Add your own spin.

That map was never really fun, too much spawn camping and I can't imagine what it would be like in tf2.
