Pillowcase - Two teams. Four capture points. Quite a lot of snow.

I got sick of naming maps after people.

Pillowcase Shelter is a symmetrical control point map in which each team must capture the two center control points before advancing onto the enemy team's final point.

Bec for doing most of the detailing on Point A (and for providing positive reinforcement)

I think 2 points domination will end pretty fast unless you have done some magic tricks

* capture points now unlock after 30 seconds (like in KOTH maps) (the control points still appear as unlocked on the HUD, not sure what to do about that atm but it's not a huge concern anyway)

* fixed rounds ending while one capture point is being contested

* fixed respawn times

* changed gamemode to Two-Way Gravel Pit (or Two-Mid Powerhouse) and added C capture points for each team - each team must capture the two center control points before they can capture the enemy team's final point

* removed the hacky Overtime feature and re-instated the round timer

* all control points now start unlocked again. no unlocked-after-30-seconds bs

* reduced mid capture times from 25s to 18s

* blocked off the windows at A and changed the small ammo pack there into a large...

* replaced the hallways between A and B with an actual building you can do stuff in

* reduced the capture times of A and B from 18s to 12s, and the cap time of C from 6s to 3s

* changed up the routes from spawn to A

* maybe some other things too I forgot to write a changelog while I was working so I have no idea what else I did

* the center control points now lock when one team owns both of them. after 60 seconds they will unlock again, although they will still be owned by that team

* the round timer no longer resets every time a point is captured

* also increased the round timer to 15 minutes

* increased mid capture times from 12s to 14s and C capture time from 3s to 7s

* hollowed out those small towers on either side of B to be used as sniper/sentry spots

* players can now walk on that one low roof by C

* fixed players being able to stand on the fences at C

* added additional sounds and voice lines (including some unused announcer lines!!!)

* improved signage

* removed the building between A and B (which sucks cos it was cool) and moved the two center points much closer

together; A and B are now essentially in the same place, rather than being in two separate locations

* reduced round time back to 10 minutes

* the round timer once again resets every time a point is captured

* removed mid-points-lock-for-60-seconds mechanic

* reduced C capture times from 7s to 5s

* added textures to the underside of the B towers because apparently I forgot to do that last time, whoops

* other stuff

* completely re-made C; it is now indoors and also much closer to the mid!

* capturing points no longer resets the timer; now it adds 1:30 to the timer

* modified A to be easier to access (it is now also slightly closer to the middle)

* adjusted health and ammo pickups slightly

* improved clipping
