CP Sectare A1

Sectare - My first CP map, learning I/O system and adv. optimisation.

Worked on this for at least over a month. Throughout mapping this I have learned:

- The I/O system
- Arch and Cylinder Brush Optimisation
- func_door
- func_rotate
- Making a CP map

This is my first CP map, it is quite small compared to any other A/D CP map.

I'm planning on getting this play-tested and removing the func_rotate, unless it actually somehow helps? I doubt it though.
