Can we get rid of RTV on the server? Or at least have it disabled by default. It's good for randomers and gimmick-map gamedays, but it has no place in real gamedays, and i'd prefer not to see it in Impromptu's either.

imo rtv should be off for first 10 minutes or so (or delay mapswitch until 10 mins have been played), after that if the map is bad enough to get rtv'ed whatever is the problem should be already obvious

I disabled it, but I am going to look into ways to leave it enabled and disable it only for gamedays. That way we don't get people doing RTV during a test. I don't think there would be a way to let VIP users disable it on the fly, though, it would require permissions that are too high. I'll see what options I have.
