Texture [Request] Sand blend textures

I just need one or two sand textures for a map I'm planning on, I would use Egypt's, but those don't give the feel I'm looking for. Just a simple sand texture would technically do, but it'd be cool if I could get a sand texture that blends from smooth to waves, and a sand texture that blends from smooth to a 'dirtier' dustbowl or egypt style sand (with small rocks and stuff).

Essentially though, all I want is something that would end up looking sort of like this:
