Hello, I was wonder if any modelers can convert some complex brushes into models for me. Since I hit the max on t-junctions i want to see if this will fix the problem. So I will only start off with 1 model, and post more if it fixes the t-junctions and if it doesnt take up too much space. http://www.fx-webdesign.com/clanftpseye/BRICKSOLID/console.rar That is the prefabe I would like to become a model.
Oh so it is.... well its just a clan ftp so I am certain that there is nothing on it. I could upload it somewhere else I guess if people dont trust that link.
There is a tut on these very forums that tells you how to do that. it can be done with blender (its free!) pretty easily. give that a go first. (its for explosions, and uses 3dsmax, but blender has a .dxf importer built in, and just ignore all the stuff about rayfire, and animating explosions.)
Why does it seem there is a huge part missing from that tutorial. I followed it step by step and not getting to work.
