Is there a way to make explosions only affect player entities and not destructable entities?
i think a trigger hurt only effects players.
But I want the explosion effect.
Explosion effects don't affect any entities
Make it so when the explosion happens, a big ol' trigger_hurt pops out?
This works great, until I realised that the explosion dosen't actually make any fireball like I had expected. And I can't seem to locate any texture to make one with. Any suggestions?
Toss an aerosol can into a open fire?
Maybe you could try making you're own fire texture. Just get a good image editor (I use gimp from gimp.org).
I've never tried to do so, but would that be really useful for an actual explosion effect? How would it look if the players are right near it and its 2D? :s
Boojum reccomended using a PL particle system. He's right.
Separate names with a comma.
