Reflective surfaces shine white with mat_hdr_level 2

    After following this tutorial, the map looks fine except on mat_hdr_level 2.

    This happens when you don't build HDR cubemaps properly. A map with HDR enabled requires both HDR and LDR cubemaps, so you will have to build them separately for each. Try following this more recent tutorial (note the addition of mat_bumpmap 0).
