[RC] ctf_spiral_rc3

    Hi guys,

    I've now finished working on release candidate 3 of ctf_spiral. I've made significant changes to the areas surrounding the control point to enhance gameplay, the tunnels at the sides were considered to offer too much advantage to demos and engis and stifled gameplay somewhat. I've now put large rooms there instead to give access from the lower level to the upper in a much clearer way.

    I've also completely remade the area leading from the crossroads to the command point and this is also no longer a tunnel. Instead it is now a sizeable room giving access to the upper level and also the balcony above the command point. There are now two small lifts leading from command point level to the balcony above it and the entire balcony area has been opened up a lot.

    Finally, I've covered over a bit more of the open space above the command point at balcony level so a sentry gun can't dominate the area quite so easily (there are a number of additional new spots an engi can set up a gun now also)

    Would be great if you guys could give it a playtest and let me know how it goes, likes/dislikes/problems etc.
