Quick cubemap question

I'm just starting to add cubemaps to my map, and I'm wondering if I need to apply them to glass surfaces at all. The 2 textures I have used in my map are "glass/glasswindow002a" and "glass/glasswindow001a"

You dont need to do it on reflective stuff except water

Though an exception might be when the reflective side is made out of more brushes, and you want to make sure that the whole thing has the same reflection (otherwise 1 brush might use 1 cubemap while the brush right next to it with the same material happens to use another cubemap)
