Props not lining up

when i try to place a supply locker, it doesn't line up onto the wall, any help?

What grid size are you using? I usually prefer 16, though when placing props, smaller can be good as well. I believe the resupply cabinet prop has its origin on its back, so using whatever grid size you used when making the walls should be good. Also make sure you have snap to grid turned on

how do i enable snap to grid?

I'm not at my computer right now so I can't check for certain, but Shift + W should work. Generally you want to have snap to grid always enabled, as it makes things much easier to handle
