Projected texture or shadow

    Hello everyone!

    I've tried to make info_projecteddecal and env_projectedtexture work with no dice.

    Any idea if it's broken, or something extra that needs be done?
    I activate them via my logic_auto, I use the input "SpotlightTexture" to set the texture name (in the case of the projectedtexture, there's no field to put the name of a texture... ...)

    Looked at the valve wiki, but it's missing so much info and the discussions don't help.

    These entitys are broken in TF2. Along with others that slip my mind currently...

    EDIT: The VDC says it works in all source games. It also says you have to send an Activate input. You could try this or wait for ABS

    Yep, done that.
    I read a lot about them, but they all seem to say they work. (with some tweaks in some cases) which don't seem to work.

    Maybe ABS will know the truth... :)

    It's been disabled since the TF2 beta. There is no way to activate it.

    So I guess you can't project a texture in TF2!? How sad.
