Problem with area portal

My map has a little house and a lage building, i wanna to make the areaportals in this places but in the house the areaportal just dont work, and in the big building eveything inside of the building is just not rendered, and when i walk in to the building everything outside stop being rendered, how do i fix it?

When playing around with areaportals you need to be careful that the brushes that are sealing it are completely opaque. Windows with glass textures for instance, need to have an accompanying areaportal as well to properly seal.
