Pointfile not originating from entity?

When I load the pointfile for a map i am working on, a pointfile is generated leading from nothing to nothing, all outside the map. I don't think I have any leaks, but this makes me unsure. Should I be worried?

If you're compiling with all point entities off, turn them on and check again.

Check what entity the compile log claims is leaking. This sounds like a brush entity that ended up with an origin way out of place.

It was the origins of the entities of some door and respawnroomviualiser brushes I had moved. Thanks for the tips, dudes.
