A word to the wise: TF2's default water textures all use cheap reflections, always. It's the only Source game that works that way, and I assume it's a stylistic decision rather than a performance one, but personally I think it looks like crap. But it's a good incentive for mappers to make sure their map has good cubemaps near the water.
