Made entirely using existing announcer voicelines.
All lines are team-neutral.
Feel free to edit however you like.

Current response concepts:
-Round start (PD.RoundStart) - 30 lines
-Point Enabled (PD.PointEnabled) - 6 lines
-Winning (PD.Winning) - 23 lines
-Losing (PD.Losing) - 12 lines
-Won (PD.Won) - 12 lines
-Lost (PD.Lost) - 17 lines
