pla_prefab - A prefab for an autopushing payload
This is a custom prefab that I'll be using for the 72 hour contest.
The cart will push normally when people are nearby but if everyone leaves, it will push at x1 speed for 10 seconds. The cart must have someone standing on it for it to be able to cap.
Additionally the cart will roll back in 20 seconds instead of the usual 30. (The roll back may be a little buggy but we'll see ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
