-added real setup gates to blue's first spawn
-added a trigger_teleport in reds first spawn
-added a ramp up to red spawn from last hallway
-teams should now switch correctly on round end
-red no longer spawns in their forward spawn after A is capped
-Force red respawns after A is capped
