Beeeecause you make updates to the map? How are we supposed to test those version if you keep updating us with the old version of your map?
Update your download with the new map file every time you post a change log so us downloaders also get the newest version. Otherwise we'll give feedback on things that you might've already fixed in the new version, or in this case, tell you you have unpacked custom content even though you've already fixed that.
