PL logic failure help

ah... I was curious because an older map project I was working on (which I scrapped due to many reasons, including a game breaking error that would constantly crash hammer) and where I wanted players to take cold damage if they stay out too long

I'm hinking about releasing the most recent edition (alpha.04) and let people guess the theme of the map and guess what the end point will be

is the current build BSP, there is one funny error I cant seem to fix (relating to the cart, pointers would be nice on how to fix it)
