Can somebody make a prefab for the payload turn table that is found outside of red first spawn on barnblitz?

I can not, i tried to turn the bsp. file of barn into the vmf file but vmex would not work for barnblitz.

All official maps have already been decompiled here: https://tf2maps.net/threads/valve-maps-decompiled.5952/

Also, I'd recommend using BSPSource nowadays. It's a direct upgrade and fixes most of the problems VMEX had.

Just so you know, there's already a thread for all of the decompiled Valve maps here. That should save you from some of the messy work. Download Barnblitz as an individual file or all of the maps (at the bottom).
