PASS Time ball, without PASS Time gamemode?

I'm working on a wild map that's jam-packed with stuff, and one thing I'd love is to have the pass-time ball, but it isn't a pass time map.

Ideally I'd love to have it be as simple as somehow activating the 'info_passtime_ball_spawn' without need for a 'passtime_logic' but if that's impossible, I would also be open to suggestions on how to remove the passtime HUD. Thanks in advance!

That unfortunately isn't supported. The VDC entry for PASS Time states that the developers were interested in allowing you to do that, but they never ended up bothering with it.

As for removing the passtime HUD - that's also not possible. The cache issues prevent you from consistently replacing all the PASS Time HUD elements with empty images.

EDIT: Actually turns out you can spawn the ball with ent_create in other gamemodes, but you won't be able to pick it up. So you should be able to just template it, if you want the ball just kinda.. being there. No guarantee though.
