PakRat tries to add tons of models/textures that are in the GCF's

Hello,

I have modified a map that is in the museum style. (In the process of asking for permission to make it public, don't worry ;) ) and when I go to use Pakrat to add the custom textures, it tries to add all the models that are default for TF2, along with the ones I need in there. Totals up to like 58 MB, not good. I tried adding only the ones I need, but it just shows them as missing in game. Is there any way I can fix this?

EDIT: I recompiled, tried to pack, and it just sat there at the console. Here's the output:

EDIT AGAIN: I built cubemaps, and I could packrat. I removed my extracted GCF Files (read that would help) and it didn't pack them because it couldn't find them. It did pack my custom files. Basically the same results as before... *Sigh* Anyone?

Delete/move all of the models you have on your disk directories which are direct duplicates of ones inside the GCFs so Pakrat doesn't think they're custom.

Oops, I see your edit now. Are you sure you started over with a fresh never-before-pakratted copy of your map?

I just converted all the VTF's to TGA, then back to VTF with VMT's. (The VMT's weren't messed up before, i know that.) I just recreated them and they worked!
