Pakrat and Repacking

A simple question that hopefully someone can answer. With custom content do I need to pakrat it and then repack it or repack it and then pakrat.

pack first, repack after.

you need to build cubemaps before repacking as well. basically, repacking is the last thing you do

Use CompilePal or VIDE for packing, pakrat is very old and there's better aforementioned options. And also this for simple drag and drop repacking.
