Guys, can i apply a texture paint on only 1 side of a brush ? i want to apply nodraw to things that people won't see like the ends of a pillar.

See that multi-colored cube on the sidebar in Hammer? That lets you select what faces to paint with your currently selected texture

And one more thing, how do i make smooth ramps like on Gullywash and Gorge ?

One of these. The vertex tool is more powerful by far, but also makes it easier to create invalid shapes that could affect your VMF adversely.
