Overlays not appearing in-game

My Health and Ammo splotches don't show up when I compile and run my map.

Hey there, mind posting images of your map's health and ammo overlay's settings as well as your compile log for your map? It would help us determine whats going on in your map.

I do also want to mention just in case if you are using setting altering scripts or autoexec files; a lot of popular setting configs for TF2 disable overlays entirely and can cause issues when running around your map making sure all overlays are there working properly.

do they appear black? it might be because you`re missing the light_environment entity
