Overlays Acting Wierd

Im Making a map and putting overlays on things there all right but when i re-size them the selection box gets bigger but the overlay it self does not i have the overlay selected im using the corners to make them bigger it never used to do this before so can someone help me

Click the texture lock button on the top tool bar. It looks like: [TL]
