I LOADED IT UP AND THIS IS WHAT I SEE:
Unseen in it's 3D View Habitat, the Non-Quad Displacement strikes from the 3 2D Views, hiding in plain sight. A Predator of the Non-Quad finds it through it's obvious lack of triangular space in the 3D View. Pounce on that area by selecting the quarantined area around it. Then the Predator bites down by deselecting everything visible in the 3D View. The Predator notices a selection undeselected in the 2D Views... there, it has found it's Prey. The Predator deletes the area without hesitation and continues on with his Mapping Lifestyle.
