Way too little information to go off of. All that comes to mind is to reinstall.

Please, specify your issue. We don't magically know what's wrong without any details.

the ironic thing is that's really all there is. I open up hammer, click a prop and open the prop library to change the model. Instead of the actual library opening up, it just freezes up hammer and it acts like its trying open the menu... which it doesn't as I let it sit for hours and nothing happened.

I assume you mean uninstall tf2... I have a question before I do that. Will it erase all my auto saves?

Not sure about your problem. It's a weird one for sure, especially after a full reinstall.

Sorry I can't help, just didn't want you to think you were being ignored!

Maybe because Steam is pulling stuff from the cloud again? If something corrupted is saved in the Steam Cloud you can reinstall Hammer a billion times and still have it crash every time. Try disabling Steam Cloud, then reinstall Hammer again.
