Model Non-spinning, flat, static pickups

It'd be nice to have static versions of the health and ammo pickup models for detailing in out-of-bounds areas or spawnrooms.

• What this request is about: Static models of the three ammo packs and three health kits that don't spin and lie flat and orthogonal.
• Less important but still nice to have would be a version of the large ammo crate properly closed up, with no rockets or nails sticking out, and/or versions of the small and medium packs with the lids off and nothing inside (or something inside? optional really).

If I find the time I may look into these myself, though I currently don't expect it, and so this request is here.
