This happens for no apparent reason and it's really frustrating. The no_entry signs shows up nicely on the RED team's door and not on BLU's, although they're exact copies of each other. Please help me fix this.
Seeing a dev textured map like that makes me want to start a new project... and I had the same problem too. I guess it's just a quirk with the source engine
The Hammer arrangement is not the problem. You can see, from the screenshot, that the respawnroom visualizer is in front of the door because the edge of it renders in front of the doorframe.
