Changes in Beta 3:
- Increased water height to allow peeps to extinguish flames if they crouch
- Completely redesigned the spawn areas by moving one exit and adding an extra exit to encourage peeps to use more of the routes
- Added medium ammo pack in sewer for engy's and changed the ammo packs in the side room areas to medium ones
- Retextured the map and added appropriate displacements
- Removed view of old bases to lessen confusion and to optimize map
- Increased Capture Point time by 25%
