I guess this is a Logic entity that controls competitive mode? What's the full list of possible inputs/outputs?

That's pretty clearly related to comp matchmaking, they updated all the maps in the comp rotation. The first picture shows it's for competitive logic, and the second picture is the spawn door being locked, which happens in comp matchmaking.
