Hey and welcome. You should try and learn to map. Coming up with cool ideas is great and all, but you should put those ideas into practice yourself. It will be more fun for you to explore your own ideas and not pass them off to someone else who didn't have the same vision you did. Hammer - the Source engine's level editor - is not very difficult to learn how to use compared to other engines.
