[Need Help]

    I'm making a KOTH map. I've followed all of the instructions, and everything of mine looks the same as theirs. Everything works, except that after the count down, the control point remains locked.

    Here is a list of the components that I have:

    team_control_point_master
    tf_logic_koth
    logic_auto
    trigger_capture_area
    prop_dynamic
    team_control_point

    I've searched for answers everywhere, but I still have the same problem. Any ideas?

    Hello Klarice and welcome to the forums.

    The most easiest and comfortable way would be to uses Boojum's Ultimate Mapping Resource Pack. He has presets for all gametypes.

    If you want to understand what was wrong with your entity setup compare each of your entities with the ones set up by A Boojum Snark.

    What do you mean with "theirs"? Did you opened a Valve map for comparison or did you used a tutorial?

    Okay, so under the logic_auto, I had to set it to enable the check point after a 60 second delay. This was no where in any of the online tutorials that I could find. Thanks a lot for the help, though! Very kind of you all to respond so quickly.

    You won't get the countdown if you use logic_auto.

    I did get the countdown. It works perfectly. :/
