this is it:

**** leaked ****
Entity prop_static (-1115.00 457.00 -482.00) leaked!

Delete this prop as well, it should fix the problem

That's not how you do it!
Unless the prop is entirely outside the map, in which case that DOES help ... but that'd be just silly to have one there in the first place. :p
If you just delete the leaking prop, another random entity will leak, then another if that one's deleted, etc...

Do what Mr. Blob said. More detailed version if you want/need it:

-Click View -> Go to coordinates
-Paste in the coordinates given for that leaking prop and hit OK/Go/Whatever it says
-Go to Map -> Load Pointfile and click Yes when it asks for confirmation (not sure why it asks myself)
-Follow the red line in the 3D view to wherever your leak is
-Fix it - either resize a nearby brush to cover it, or put in a new brush if you for some reason have a gaping hole :p
-Hit Map -> Unload Pointfile to remove the red line
-Try compiling again and see if the error is still there
-Repeat if error persists, discontinue if itching persists

Tip: Compile again with everything disabled but vbsp.exe
vbsp already finds the leaks for you and by disabling the other programs you save time

OR if you use VBCT you can select this option to have it stop compile on leak detection.
Which also sums up to -leaktest in the command options in Hammer
