My Skybox from the Mayann pack isn't loading right, even in-game, and cuts off props

This is the oddest thing I've seen in a while and I have no clue how to fix it. The skybox's texture is the same in-game as what's in the picture, a blue smudge with some gray.

you need to set it to tools/skybox and then set the skybox texture in map properties

Are you using the mayann skybox textures to surround the map or the actual tools/skybox texture?
