I dont make mvm maps, but I wanted to make a map that just spawns tanks and robots to grind strange parts. Is there any way to make that?

You don't need a map to spawn tanks, just make a custom mission on an official map like coal town where there are lots of tanks with1 hp

I would suggest mvm.tf or old.mvm.tf, just make a mission with only tanks that have low hp and speed, however, I think you need to be on a official server, not just a single player one

How do I cange the tank settings in Hammer? All I see is the path object. (Sorry, Im new to MVM maps)

You specify all bots that spawn using a population file. Check this out for information on writing one
