Movie glitch

I'm working on a movie for my map cp_forestbowl and I got the footage I wanted, converted it to .bik and did a test run. The film ran at a good fps, the music worked and everything. BUT there were these green and red lines all over the picture. Any idea what happened and how I can fix it?

I guess it is not that big of a deal. Valve has chosen customs before that didn't have movies, but I really wanted to get this to work.
