So I've made a death pit near the cap point with some "spooky eyes" down in the hole. When I see them in hammer they look around but when testing they aren't moving. Any ideas how to fix it? In the death pit i put trigger_hurt so that players die when they fall in, but it doesn't say "finished off" in the kill feed when you get airblast someone into the pit. Should I use a different trigger_hurt or enable something?
