Material for health/ammo overlay patches?

The title pretty much says it all. What material should I use for my health and ammo patches?

overlay/patch001 (white one iirc) for health, /patch008 for ammo

I usually use a white patch to cover either a single pack (32x32) or both packs (32x64).

Now that the Frontline! pack released, I use the seperate ammo and health overlay icons in white.

I like using func_brushes that arent solid but look cool.

How do I scale down the patches?

How do I scale down the patches?

I scale it down by clicking on the arrow and then just shrinking it like a regular brush in the 2d window.
