Maps ending on servers timelimit?

As seen here, Ever sense the latest patch, once the servers mp_timelimit reaches 0, a random team wins the game. This results in unfinished games and confusion, and overall pisses everyone off. Do you guys know if there's a way to fix this? I tried adding
"OnMapSpawn" "tf_gamerules,SetStalemateOnTimelimit,0,0,-1"
but it does nothing.

Nevermind, great news!

Valve is working on a bug with the time limit. Eric says:

Ending the map in the middle of a round and going to intermission when mp_timelimit hits is a bug. We'll fix it in the next update.
