Map Issue I've Never Encountered...

So, I'm working on a training map of sorts for a friend, and after compiling it, this is what I get when I start a server with it in TF2:

Any information regarding what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated!

I had this issue once when my entities were switched off in Visgroups (under the auto tab). Check that.

You have the one light near your crosshair and no light_env to cast light everywhere else
